OPAM Challenge ~ March Update......

Hi there...thanks for dropping by to see what I have been up too..

I feel that I have sadly neglected my blog and sewing this month due to illness...

I had such grand plans for what I wanted to achieve during March....
Luckily the month started well and I finished a bag that I have been wanted to try for ages and another couple of buntings and raggy bags but that is it for this month..so a grand total of 5 finishes for the OPAM which I suppose is not to bad considering!....
I have not touched the sewing machine for weeks..and I am just started to feel a little better so maybe next week, or the week after I am hoping to start April's "to do list" and being a little more productive in the sewing area!!!

I haven't cruised around blogland for weeks but I assure you that I will be popping into all your blogs to see whats going on in your world...
when I catch on whats been NOT going on in my world like housework!!!!

so what have you been up too????

OPAM Challenge ~ February Update.......

Well I haven't had much time to sew..February seems to be such a busy month.....

but with all our birthday's over... 

and all of my big boys have now finished their
 holidays and are finally back to work!

  I am looking forward to life returning to some sort of normal routine..... 

  Yeah!

I have only completed one item for the OPAM...

but it was a custom order..

not any of the UFO's that I have been eyeing off finishing...

but it is a start!

So now to start on March's List

I have sorted all of my UFO's and WISP's  into order and they are sitting on the table ready
I have also been for a bit of a cruise around some of the other participants blogs...
 my there are some talented ladies out there!

OPAM 2010 Challenge........

As mentioned in my earlier Post...

one of my "New Year Resolutions" was to become more organised as far as my quilting and craft goes...

I want to get some of my UFO's and WISP's under control (I have quite a few)....

and to clean up the sewing area

So I have taken the first steps !!!......

and joined the OPAM 2010 Challenge

hosted by Peg @ Happy In Quilting

and Kris @ Tag along Teddies.....

This idea of this challenge is to finish One Project A Month......

and before the end of the month...

blog about them and update a list on the side bar.

and I think that there might still be some vacancies...

so if you pop over to either Peg or Kris's blog..there still maybe time to join up..

There will be 200 other Bloggers around the world taking part in the challenge so they will all be providing motivation and  HUGE cheer squad to get "stuff" completed.

just what I need..a gentle push in the right direction!

So in order to start the challenge...

I need to find and sort some of the unfinished projects and make a list of what I need to finish them off.....

and in order to do that I need  a big clean up and de-clutter of the sewing area..

I have the next two days off work so time to get started on the sorting..

Yeah..... one resolution is about to happen!

I will be blogging about my "completions" and keeping the list updated

so I hope that you check back often to see what is happening!
